    Hi all - anyone care to share their tips for making marmalade, I'm planning to make some next weekend.

    My first making marmalade, I have recipe ETC. just hoping for tips from more experienced marmalade cooks.

    Made it in 6th class in primary school, was good. If memory serves, we had to be pretty damn accurate with the temperature.
