Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

About 6 mths ago I lost my social welfare card the little plastic one with the PPS number etched on to it.

I applied and was issued with a replacement card some weeks later.

Just before Xmas I was doin a bit of spring cleaning and the original card showed up in a press under the sink.

Now is where it becomes a bit silly because it seems that I have now mis placed the the replacement card if you follow me:o.

My question is this, since I have now located the very first card which is exactly like the replacement card, will it be okay to use it in the post office when going to collect my payment?

I know its a stupid thing to lose 2 cards but at least I have the spare one and I dont want to have to apply for another if possible.

    Thanks.

Its likely the original card was cancelled and is invalid.

Why don't you just get a new card it makes life a lot easier, i have gone to the post office a few times without my card and i was still able to get my money i just needed my pps number.
