Good first 25 mins. good strike from torres, horrible pass from Morilles gifts Blackpool a goal, meh for the last 20

We are certainly pushing further up, pressurising well, sloppy in defence but we look far more capable going forward. Torres has touched the ball more in the last 45 than most 90 min games recently. Lots of room for improvement but looking better.

Positives for Liverpool
- Torres looks sharp and eager.
- Martin Kelly.
- Lucas.

Negatives for Liverpool
- Jovanovic looks a garden mile off the pace.
- Centre backs look dodgy.
- Kuyt.

torres actually does look a bit more interested than he has in ages, probably helps that the team are playing higher up the pitch, making him less isolated.
we are pressing more than we have in ages, encouraging signs from whatever is going on in training.

But so far, kuyt, jova, poulsen and lucas for us look so uncomfortable on the ball, that a couple of them will have to be subbed soon

Thought the sloppy ball from Poulsen was to blame myself... Mairelles just tried to nick it away from the Blackpool player and it fell straight to another.. bit of a lucky bounce but it was well taken !

Thats actually a super goal by Liverpool, they worked the ball form Left back all the way to torress whit 1 or 2 touches

Just watched a replay, it was Meireles fault, perhaps Poulson played him into a bit of trouble but he definitely tried to pass the ball
