Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Live traffic info application

    I want to make an application to show live traffic information. I need to know how much of your daily transfer would you use for it.

    How much data transfer would you use to have live traffic info? 21 votes

    Looks like even getting a good GPS app is a problem... :eek:

    I think live applications in general drain the battery, so either option you go with would drain the battery, 10MB more so :eek:

    An application that lets a user query traffic upon request would be better?

    OK, I should be more specific. The poll is about graphical, real time road traffic information shown on a map.

    You're right, but when you're in a car you can always plug in a charger.
    Info upon reqest is a good idea but it doesn't fit my project (the details are not yet ready to be revealed ;)).
