For our first party of the New Year we'll be teaming up with BigDishGo in the Button Factory for another titanic double header. This time it's the unforgettable post K-hole electronic soundscapes of Nathan Fake perfomed live alongside one of dance music's true individualists, Luke Vibert, and his big wide bag of 21st Century dancefloor destroyers.

    Luke Vibert

With a half dozen pseudonyms, more than twice as many albums and a history that stretches back to the late '90s, Vibert has always been in a league of his own. His sound is as strange as it is individual: borrowing elements of breaks, acid, hip-hop and more recently dubstep, it's always been a perfect fit for labels like Warp, Rephlex and Ninja Tune. Whether ists Wagon chirst or Kerrier District, you know it will be quality.

    Nathan Fake

Nathan Fake is an electronic music artist from the quiet county of Norfolk in the UK who swept onto the electronic music scene at the young age of 20 with big releases like Outhouse and The Sky Was Pink on Border Community and Traum Schallplatten. In 2006, he released his debut album "Drowning in a Sea of Love" which received a lot of critical praise and was considering by many to be one of the best electronic albums of that year. 2007 and 2008 he had a bit of sabbatical, but last year he returned with a couple of brand new remixes for the likes of DFA Records and even managed to get one of his tracks on CSI Miami.
