Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well done anyway. Nah I would've just thought that if you're serious about competing in Ireland's best competition and cutting weight, then not drinking loads 2 days before it even on Paddy's day would not be too difficult. I know what I would do (but Im legally not allowed drink anyway;)). There's also the rest of the year to drink while competitions arent that frequent.

I doubt I'd get down to 181 lbs with my gi by then anyways, so itll be 194.5 lbs for me, 185 without the gi atm, the beer shouldn't actually put me up a category I'd imagine, in fact it'll add some weight, might do me a bit of good actually :pac:

Just wondering, if we show up to the event half sober, can we still compete? I find it helps my creativity

Liambhoy I definitely won't be competing now so you can put me down to scoreboard or do some other official duties too. I fancy being a gi checker so if that position isn't already filled I'll take it. :D

Last year's event there was a list to sign up for the absolute divisions when you registered on the morning of the event, maybe it's the same this year.
