Im looking to see if anyone knows of any self defence or any type of ass kicking classes available for women in the claremorris/ballyhaunis/knock regions?

Its for my missus, im sick to the bolllox of picking up the papers everyday to see some low life scuum bag has attacked/murdered some poor woman purely for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Of course, herself is all up for it, however, needs to be dropped at the door a few times!

Any ideas?
