it seems like that's exactly what's going to happen, yes. what a 'legend' :rolleyes:

he obviously thinks that highly of himself, too. sad how some people start believing their own hype. he acted as if he was the sole reason the show was a success, so he's completley delusional. also has an enormous problem with his addictions, but somehow this person is someone to be looked up to. unbelievable.

I know that he was paying the crew for a while when he was in rehab. O thought that was a noble act at the time.

The part that Charlie doesn't understand is that there isn't another $2 mil per episode where you get to play yourself around the corner. When this one is gone ...they are all gone.

Actor Charlie Sheen escalated his recent rants against his former Two and a Half Men employers, demanding a pay raise and threatening a lawsuit in two TV interviews that caused his spokesman to quit.

Sheen, whose erratic behavior has put the future of his top-rated TV comedy in jeopardy, boasted to morning chat shows about his partying lifestyle and said he was tired of pretending he is not "a total frigging rock star from Mars."
Hours later, his long time Los Angeles publicist quit working for the actor, saying he could no longer do his job.
"I have worked with Charlie Sheen for a long time and I care about him very much. However, at this time, I'm unable to work effectively as his publicist and have respectfully resigned," Stan Rosenfield said in a statement.

^ edit - though reading TMZ it was Charlie that dropped him in the Sh*t....so you can understand why he resigned.

Robert Pattinson has admitted that he is a fan of troubled actor Charlie Sheen.
The Twilight star pledged his allegiance to the suspended Two And A Half Men actor in a tell-all interview with Vanity Fair magazine.
"I like crazy people who don't give a f***," he said when asked about Sheen's escapades.
The actor also admitted that he watches re-runs of the hit sitcom.
"I never change the channel in my trailer. I just watch reruns of House Of Payne and Two And A Half Men," he said.
Charlie Sheen hit the headlines again this week when his twin sons were removed from his mansion after his ex wife Brooke Mueller told police that she feared for their safety.
The actor, who appears to be in a downwards spiral after he was sacked from the sitcom, allegedly told his ex:
"I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mum."
A judge reportedly took custody of the two toddler twins, Bob and Max, on Tuesday. Mueller was also granted a restraining order against Sheen after she claimed in court that he threatened to stab her eye out with a pen knife.

Oh yes, what a legend. A burned-out middle ages man with more money than sense, who probably hasn't been sober for more than 10% of his adult life. He's a pathetic shell of a human being with nothing real to live for, and I think it's rather sad that so many people "admire" him and would trade places with him in a heartbeat. His life sounds like a very lonely one.


Honestly, I think that there's a certain amount of money someone can earn before they get too caught up in trying to make more money instead of enjoying what they have.

Just my opinion, each is welcome to his own. Ok, i think, Clearly charlie sheen is either in the throes of a huge all out nervous breakdown, or is in the throes of a life-ending event. I notice the paddy power odds on twitter followers. I guess watching a live human car crash must be riveting eh. Nah thanks not for me ta. Wonder what the odds on him being dead by end of 2011 are. My sympathies to his children and to his father martin who studied in galway for a yr or two didn't he. And while not for one second condoning his behaviour and his violence i feel sorry for charlie sheen himself clearly he needs professional help. If someone thinks watching a man lose his mind is cool or funny or makes him a legend then then thats whatever someone is into. To each his own. Having witnessed such a meltdown close up, i hope those someones never experience what is to be in that cool funny legend place themselves.

He is going through some form of mental breakdown ( what with trying to go cold turkey and losing custody of his kids)and is trying to fight it by engaging with the media, hope he succeeds and comes out there other side winning!, It would be sad if it ended any other way
