    just noticed that I have a little red icon at top of Samsung Tocco screen. Is it roaming? How do I turn it off? Does it cost me?

    Your not roaming while your in ROI. I cant remember the symbol of hand, but if you are connect to the internet the data transferred could be costing you alright
