Mary "I'm wearing a new outfit" Hanafin would love to be on the telly every day modelling her newest outfit.

Lenihan on the way back from Belfast, and I heard Hanafin is leading the charge and could be new leader.

She is a fcuking knob of a woman, I hope she does get the job!

Big Jesus head too, member of Opus Dei.
The party need to think of the future not the past.

A lot of women might want to have a cat-fight with her.

The motion of no confidence is still tabled, and I have only heard Brian of the Lenihan dynasty say that. Since when was he somebody you would believe? We'll see...

Not sure... Cowen is set to make an announcement soon. It could be that he is resigning or they have reached some agreement.

I doubt he'd make the announcement that he was just booted :P

I voted in Lisbon 2 and now I'm not on the register? What's the story there?

This is pure speculation IMHO, FF is a parasitic organism whose sole purpose is to attain & hold on to power. I'm sure some of them aren't happy with Cowen but they'll hold on to power until the bitter end. They have their ridiculous pensions whatever happens.

The by elections in March should see shut of them.

I think best scenario is Cowen stays on, he's probably the most hated.

By getting rid of Cowen is making the possibility of a FF and Labour goverment more possible. Jebsus I hope he stays.

Going to meet his party collegues over the next few days to discuss. Those involved in the heave would want to watch their backs methinks.

One way or another, he knows his days are numbered.
He won't be leading the party into a new election.

What is on the cards now, is if he will stand down before an election is called or will he remain as caretaker till one is called - then stand down!

I'd say he will stay and step down for the election, that sounds like the type of arrangement that sheathed the long knives.

He'd be crazy to run in the next GE... if I were him I'd take my pension and run like his colleagues.

It all reminds me of OJ Simpson getting away with murdering 2 people and then writing a book "If I did it".... the neck of some of these people who get away with **** and hang out at the scene of the crime
