Signs that Torres is getting back to himself the last few games.

    Kuyt should've scored.

I can't see Everton scoring here, no creativity in midfield, Beckford and Anichebe are very mediocre. Pienaar and Cahill are sorely missed.

i agree, everton look toothless, it will either finish 0-0 or 1-0 to the pool

I can only really see them getting anything from Coleman or Baines bursting forwards and nicking a goal or putting in a cross, especially with Johnson playing.

Great strike from miereles. Hopefully he'll kick off from here since he's been in poor form and he hasn't been great up until that point today.

    Close again..

Brilliant cut to kenny, heads the shot, then tries the follow up and shakes his head, then up in the air when it hits the net.

Maxi could learn a thing or two from RM, dreadful miss.

Game over. Everton have nothing in the attacking sense.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,925 ✭✭✭th3 s1aught3r

Everton are there for the taking today
Still fear we will concede a stupid goal though

has someone put something in Torres's water today? he seems to be really up for it.

Or is someone there watching him?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭livinginkorea

The team have some belief in themselves now...great to see.

    Coleman v Johnson.

Johnson is a useless defender, if Coleman keeps running at him, eventually, they'll get a decent chance.
