Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there

Was wondering if anyone could help, I use o2.ie email function.

I am able to open my emails today but it will not allow me to respond to mails or even compose new mail.

When I click on reply or compose, nothing happens. The screen is not frozen or anything theres just no response.

at bottom of screen where it should tell me the task is loading, all that continues to pop up is javascript:main.compose('reply')

anyone have any ideas how i can reply or compose new mail?

EDIT: I should also mention that i have to launch my inbox when i log into o2.ie, and it then appears in a pop up. on this pop up, i can access my emails and read them but not reply or compose new mail. theres just no response.

What browser are you using? The reply and new mail is also opening a new window; if its IE, try press CTRL and click; if its Firefox make sure you allow o2.ie to open a new window.
On the other hand, i will move to other free email provider as gmail, hotmail, yahoo or gmx, as o2 sucks as email provider.
