    I'm paying for 8mb speed and only getting 2.5mb.. Yay :/

    What can you guys do to help?

    Thanks for contacting us on boards.
    Quick question deserves quick resolution, hey?
    How about following, to the letter, this URL on our Forum : http://bit.ly/aPwvTT
    If, and I said if.... you're still experiencing slow speeds after doing our broadband checklist, then I will personally escalate this to an engineer for resolution.
    How's that for speedy answer for a massive 'holistical' query?
