Canadian Working Holiday Visa???

Can anyone tell me does an Canadian WHV exist that is pretty much the exact same as the Australian one? I have looked up the Government website and i can only seem to find a visa that is either for skilled migration or for holidays without work. Its say you would need a separate document saying you were eligible to work??…
