    Depends what you're doing! :p games-wise, yes the stock clocks are pretty high and K-series chips can be overclocked easily. Consider the i5-2500k instead, however, unless you have a use for four hyper-threaded cores.

    I will find one :) i5 2500k had almost identical performance to the i7 2600k with the i7 having double the amount of available threads per core or something like that.
