Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Question re moving house

    I am currently in the westmeath area and claiming social welfare, but not rent allowance, i am moving to another house still in the westmeath area still shared but just with one other person, do I have to let the dole know and what information will they require off me in terms of moving house. Thanks for any replies :D

    Is it still within the catchment area for the swlo that you attend for signing. If it is all you need to do in bring in proof of address for your new residency e.g. landlords tenancy agreement with your name on the lease or a recent bank statement at that address or a utility bill with your name on it. If it comes within a catchment area for a different swlo then you need to go into that swlo and ask for your claim to be transferred with proof of address as above and unfortunately your claim will be payment suspended until such time as your claim is transferred from your previous swlo.
