    Never understood why they needed to kill so many players. Would have thought it was relatively easy to write people out of the show just by them getting transferred.

    The bizarre thing was that, so often, they'd float that somebody would be transfered - one time, I even remember they had a guy going to Charlton for a medical - only for the deal to be cancelled at the last minute. Then they'd die in a plane crash a few weeks later. I'd love to meet the scriptwriters of that show, I'd say they're absolutely crackers.

    I'm actually living in America this yr and finally got round to getting fox soccer channel the other day, they had Dream Team on real late at night! Didn't really know who anyone was in it though, so it was either the very last ones or the very beginning ones!

    very beginning was youth team football, after that (3rd season maybe) was Premiership football, so if it was prem football - it was later in the series
