Come on United, need a big away performance for a change. Can only see a Spurs win if we play like a lot of our games on the road this season.

It could turn out like the West Brom game.

Starting 442 and if it doesn't work out, switch to 451 for the last 15mins of the 1st half.

Worth noting its Giggs' 600th game today. What a man. Club icon.

1-1 in earlier games, then a 2-2 game - this is nailed on to be 3-3.

Don't know why but really fancy Spurs today .

The game will be won or lost down the wings.

If UTD win then that's a major statement to the other top 3.

And rios 350 united appearance .
Very surprised with that line up berba or Rooney will have to give a hand in midfield I think

I feel sick with nerves already.
    Shaking like a leaf.

Massive game. Fletcher and carrick need to be fearless.

Slightly worried about this one , spurs have real quality this year, I'll settle for another 3 - 5 thriller.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,364 ✭✭✭✭Kylo Ren

I'm praying Carrick has a good game. We can't afford a gaping hole in our midfield with the likes of spurs as our opposition.

    AWWW!!!! Rooney!

Raf vs Bale is going to be an epic battle.

    Unlucky Rooney, good move.

Rooney should probably have scored there

    Unlucky.

Looking good though, well done Wayne for not diving.

    Its ours:D

    0-0 please

Preferably involving a mass brawl with plenty of reds and suspensions.

    1-1 please, financial reasons. :pac:

Anyone else find the angle of the cameras at WHL offputting?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,306 ✭✭✭✭Drumpot

Andy Gray basically saying that Rooney should of dived . .

United players should know better that its only wrong when they do it! ! :D

This game should, on paper have loads of goals. Both playing 4-4-2

Spurs biggest problem will be believing that they can beat united, united need to keep spurs doubting themselves. I have money on spurs (even though Im a united fan) as I think on form they should win.

Not as bad as West Ham.

Upton park has the worst camera angles IMO.

Should be 1-0 to Spurs, United looking sleepy at the back.

    Glazers Out!

Spurs look like they're out for revenge.
United need to wake up at the back.

    Glazers Out!

More like it from Vidic great challenge.

    Glazers Out!

As a neutral I'd be delighted with 4-4-2 from both sides.

As a united fan however I would of preferred a 4-5-1 with Ando making an appearance.

Whenever I bet against United they usually make me suffer ! ! ;)

United have to be careful in the challenge, Spurs seem happy to go to ground and take the set piece.

    Glazers Out!

Not often you see United losing out so markedly in the possession stats.

    Glazers Out!

    Agreed . .

Not just that, while I understand why Rooney starts, I would of liked to of seen Hernandez get a deserved starting role. On form he deserves . . But thats just a personal preferance, I understand the Roominator getting a starting role !

    Oscar for Rooney

Very stupid early yellow for VDV.

    Nice starfish from Rooney ;)

Stupid by VdV to kick the ball away.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,306 ✭✭✭✭Drumpot

Ive seen united play in these games too often. They look comfortable and the opposition look nervous. The longer the game goes at 0-0 the stronger Spurs (and their belief) will get . .

Bit too much faffing about at the back by Spurs
