Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

as above my central locking is playing up. the car is only locking both doors with the key. my fob is only putting my alarm on/not locking doors. think my car may have been un-locked since last saturday. the fob will un-lock the doors. i have a clifford g5 alarm fitted. one door locked earlier with the fob.
when im inside the car and hit the drivers switch to lock both doors , the passenger switch is not closing fully all the time.
any ideas before i take the door cards off the weekend. cheers.:)

that happened on my ITR when I had one, I took off the door cards and gave all the linkages a good clean and then re-greased them which solved it

thanks for your reply. hoping thats all it is. will give this a go over the weekend if the weather is any use. wd 40 / silicone grease do the trick?
    cheers.

They suffer motor failure quite easily, mine started sticking a few months ago but I had it replaced when my alarm was being installed. I know GrahamB18C's one failed too. The motor is simple to replace and cheap enough
