Reg Plates

i was driving along earlier and noticed a bin lorry with a unusual reg plate on both front and back, it was a local company the reg was "P5 PAC" it was surronded with the standard irl flag and border. didnt know we had these here?

the reg p5 pac is showing as a honda crv on cartell
