    Isn't it protected?

I looked into this, and apparently it is a protected species, but can still be shot (with a shotgun only, not a rifle) during the open season - the last week of September until the end of February.

It might be better if you enquire in the hunting forum on here.

You can get all sorts of Game from "La rousse" as well as rare/Hard to find ingredients.

Professional kitchens and indeed many a restaurant use this company for supplies but they also do Public orders, I dont know about deliveries to the home or costs but its worth a look! also if ordering its probably best to buy in bulk and freeze what your not using immediately.

    Enjoy :)
