Hiya

Myself and my husband are seriously thinking of moving to Australia. I am a primary school teacher and he is a carpenter. I am currently working and he hasnt worked in over a year as a carpenter
Can someone please advise me on the job situation over in Australia? I don't even know if we would qualify to get a Migration Visa? Would we both have to move at the same time?
I am 30 and my husband is 29.

How would you go about getting a migration visa? would you go through an agent e.g. Visa First or is there another route?

Any advise would be very much appreciated!

Firt Port of call would be http://www.immi.gov.au/immigration/ They have all the information need for Migration to Oz .
