Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That fault sounds a bit too familiar , a while back Samsung sets had problems with the power boards , and behaved exactly like you describe.

These sets were repairable , but seeing as yours is new , just have it replaced.

Thanks for replying to my problem. bought the tv in curry's in airside. brought the tv back last weekend and they replaced it,after leaving it on to see what would happen to it and sure enough after 15mins it powered itself off,got a different model, and its going ok : thanks again to all for taking the time to reply.
