UPC BB down in Rathfarnham

    Our BB went down yesterday, Saturday 15th Jan, and is still off today.

    Has anyone else got the same problem?

    Don't know if it is related but I'm in the city center near Trinity College and my Internet is all over the place today, speedtest.net jumps from 8 to 10 mb (I'm on the 20 package) right down to a few kb per second.

    Has yet to go down completely yet though

    By using something called a smartphone. If you're able to use google then it will explain it to you.
