and its wrecking my head.
I'm up at night for the last month and sleeping til about 5pm each day.
I can't break it coz I'll be so wrecked during the day.
What is daylight like these days?
It's starting to get depressing!!
What time do you normally go to bed at? Stay up an hour or two later(earlier
) than normal then sleep as long as you can, then stay up all night and all day and go to bed around 9pm. Should get you back to normality but you won't be able to function well when you're waiting for a reasonable hour to be able to go to bed at. 0 -

Fully noc myself now too, staying awake until 7am every single night, then sleeping until 2 or 3. And that's when I'm not working. When I am working, I don't get to bed until 11am. It messes me up for the week and I go around like a zombie.
I need a new job so I can be awake and functional when my husband is at home sometimes.0 -
