Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rent Supplement - Reapplying

    My rent supplement was removed in October as due to the changes in June I was €8 over. Due to a change in my SW this week I am now way below so I need to reapply technically. Now the CWO no longer deals with this & you have to apply centrally. Does anyone know do I need to reapply totally or can my claim be reopened ? The paperwork side of it was difficult the last time due to welfare/county council etc all having issues with staffing levels etc. Just curious asm y CWO is on hols this week & I would like to get the ball moving again. I tried calling but the telephone is off the hook

    If it was closed in October, you need to open a new application. New forms to be signed by all, proof of income etc.
