Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think I know the answer to this but the more experienced and talented may be able to confirm.....or...point me in another direction!

I work in ableton, I have an mp3 of an old track me a few pals recorded years ago...I don't have the master.

Is there any conceivable way I can work with this? I'd ideally want to deconstruct it completely and re do everything.

Thansk in advance but I think I'm on a hding to nowt!

you cant de-construct it but you can take samples from it or re-write the parts if you're a musician.

and just so you're clear on terminology, its not the master you would need to de-construct (which is the final stereo file) but the multi-tracks.

Thought not! Yeah, the track contains vocals, drums, guitar and bass so I might just record the whole thing again myself and drop samples onto it from the original.

    Thanks
