Has anyone noticed that www.irishpropertywatch.com has been suspended?
This was a great website for showing the decrease in house prices on a weekly basis.
I used to check any potential properties to see how much they dropped as well as run reports to see how much to overall market was dropping. Did anyone else use this site? Does anyone know what happened them? Can't find anything else out online.

It's such a shame, I used it quite a lot myself. Seems to be gone.

Every need to watch, it's very informative to see what a house was on the market for and how long for. It's a huge bargaining tool when you're putting in an offer. Better to be as educated as possible before committing to a property.

You can still do with things like that property bee etc

Yeah I'm going to have to work in a bee now, didn't before and used IPW in conjunction. Not the end of the world but it was handy.

Collapso.net is an alternative (a little slow though)

There is also the property bee plgin that automatically tells you in daft how many price drops etc

There's also www.irishhousehunter.com with it's excellent weekly reports. You can also search for a property.

Does propertybee work with Myhome now? There are tons of houses on MyHome that are not on daft...

A lot of the properties listed on IrishHouseHunter seem to be taken off Daft in the last two weeks.

Anyone else notice this or know anything about it

Irishpropertywatch.com appears to have dissappeared again, whois says that its domain name registration was due to expire on Tuesday, so hopefull this is just and administrative hiccup. I'm looking to buy a house and it a very useful source of information!
