File transfer from PC to phone

I've a Sony Ericsson Zylo w20i and I'm looking for the best option for transferring songs and files from computer onto the phone. Anyone have this phone? What do you use? I'll be buying a memory card but what sort of cable would I need to connect the computer to phone or what? I'm not the most tech minded, sorry :)

Hi
You need a DCU-60 cable
It's a standard Sony Ericsson usb data cable
Should get it in most phone shops if it's not supplied with the phone
