Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

    I wonder could some one help me? I have the above fitted an I am looking to add extras, update time and change a zone when arming.
    Extra I need is external wireless bell.
    By the way it's an wirelss alarm.

    If it's one of their wireless alarms you are better off to contact Network.
    If it's a wired alarm then any good psa licensed company will do this for you

    Thanks but would not touch that crowd again!!

    Does anyone know can I replace the control panel and use old pirs and window contacts?

    Is it a wired or wireless system. They use a wireless system that is customized to them
    Either way you could replace them easily enough
