so what does this entail roughly? they just have a few beers on a table to taste? would it be worth going to?

I went to one before. There were about fifteen people at the table and they brought the beers over one at a time and Oliver (the owner) and Peter (the brewer) talked us through the features of the beers. It was fun.

You do need to stick yourself down on the list so we know you're coming. But it doesn't cost anything to sign up to the forum and do that.

    Brainblasta (a Porterhouse beer)
    Chimay White
    Rochefort (which I really liked)
A Porterhouse Stout (I am not too sure which one)
Erdinger or Paulaner dopelbock (I dodn't see the bottle but it was mentioned)

    The Rochefort was my favourite.

next month will see wheat beers at the tastings, crazy if they change it to pay! they have to resort to recruiting people on the night at the tasting ive been to. dont think people will be willing to pay.
