    Have 324 contacts and 36 groups on my phone with 02 on the unlimited texts top up €20 every month. Nokia E51

    However, if I want to send a text under 160 characters to all my contacts the phone freezes - I have to turn it off and on again then the messages appear in the outbox as deferred.

    I end up individually double clicking each contact to send the text.

    Does anybody have any idea is it the phone or the network or any solutions??

    It's probably the phone, it's a fairly old model. Did you see if any software updates were available. It could also be the sim, especially if you have had it a long time, but it's more than likely the phone.

    Thanks Chrislad - only have the sim & phone about 2 years.

    Will check the software and see does it need to be upgraded.

    Can you suggest something else in the Nokia range if I do have to upgrade?
