Browser directing me to different sites

Hi i got the virus personal internet security 2011 and removed it using malwarebytes. Now my browser sometimes goes off to other sites itself. have i to do other things as well as malwarebytes??

Follow the instructions here. There's a bit more to it alright than just running Malwarebytes.
