Install sky eye

Hey,

trying to get sky on a second tv using the sky eye. Have it installed but have no sound or the sky remote won't send a "sky" signal back to the box. The picture is fine and the sky remote works with the tv - volume etc. but can't access the sky menu.

Any help appreciated

Ok so now sky signal is being sent but sound still isn't working. Was on for a few minutes but now gone???

You need to provide power to the coax cable carrying the signal

In the Sky menu on the box sending the signal press
Select - 0 - 0 - 1
Scroll to RF Outlets
Select it to "on"

From personal experience the coax cable between the two TVs needs to be a single run [no joins]

yea, did that alright. The cable is a straight run alright. I think it may be to do with the conection at sky box, had to put this conector on and have a feeling the problem might be there

got it sorted, turns out i needed to change an option on the second tv, sound type. Workin now anyway!?
