Town?? There's a guy between the Topaz service station and Hassetts Cross, opens late every weekday evening and opens for a few hours on Sundays.

Johnny's Barber in Castletroy, over Rios. Open until 8 some evenings I think. Cheap too, sound fella

That is Razors. They are open until 22:00 Mon - Thurs.

Until 19:00 on a Friday.

17:30 on Saturday.

and do 12 - 16:00 on a Sunday.
