Cheap International Texts

Any network out there offering cheap texts to international numbers?? On O2 Clear (I think) thats €20 a month and has 100 minutes and texts plus free O2 to O2. This is more than adequate for my needs as I rarely get anywhere near either limit. However most of my mates and family are on UK numbers so every time I send a text it costs 25c. I try and use webtext which is fine when you are at home but most of them are when I am out and about. My bill is normally about €40 thanks to these extra texts.

So - are any of the networks offering cheap international texts or calls?? If they had a data plan that included these too, it'd be an added bonus.

    Cheers

Thanks - I use the webtext option when I am at home and have the laptop powered on but most of them are sent when I am on the go.

Its a PDF file, txt bundles are on page 5, not sure if you have to sign up to any particular plan.
