Cancelling vidafone BB and phone, what to do

How do I go about cancelling my vodafone BB and phone service? I 've had them for over 5 years now (BT up til a year or so ago) and I've finally had enough of phoning tech support, being disconnected randomly, not being able to reconnect and generally a fairly unreliable service.

You need to post a letter to them with 30 day notice .
