hot spiced beef pizza recipe

    Would anyone have a recipe for hot spiced beef pizza? (the topping rather than the pizza base)
    Its kind of on the style of a sloppy giuseppe pizza but I'm not sure if the sauce should be a bbq sauce mixed with the spicy minced beef or a regular tomato sauce with the spicy minced beef added?!

    If you have time this is worth a blast.

    Shin beef Preferably intact ie not bone or cubed.
    Onions
    Pasata
    Garlic
    Chillis
    Oregano & Basil dried
    Olive Oil
    red wine

    Marinade: Oilive oil, Garlic, dried chilli (to your own tolerance) oregano and Basil.

    Coat the meat and leave over night - or as long as you can.

    Brown the meat, frien the chopped onion. Into a casserole dish with red wine and braise for at least 2 hours.

    Cool then shred

    Reduce pasata and add herbs of choice. Mix into the shredded beef to you preferred sauce consistency and have a bang on that as yoru chilli beef topping.
