Sold a phone to one of those websites - Payment

    Hi,
    I send a phone into one of those websites that buy your phone, but I was offered a lower price by them and decided that I didnt want it. They sent me back out my phone.
    However they still put the payment into my bank account, (a few days after I got the phone back) do you think that they will come looking for it back or even notice?

    According to my account on their website it says that there still waiting on the phone

    why dont you just give them their money back - call them up and explain it to them I'm sure they would be happy with your honesty.

    That is exactly what you should do.

    If they took your phone and didn't pay you you'd feel (rightly) ripped off.

    Be honest - ring them up and let them know.

    Technically, it is their money and they can look to have it back.
