Is it possible to set something up that would send you an emsil everytime a particular word is mentioned say in the irish times or indo?

Google alerts might work, but it relies on the content being available online

Blacknight's right - Google Alerts. We use it and get notified about most online content generated. It covers the Irish Times, Indo and Sunday Business Post; as most of their content is made available online. Some things will slip through your net though.

The Irish editions of some of the UK papers, for example, aren't available online. They seem to put *some* articles up, but not all and I can't work out what criteria they use to choose them :)
