    Anyone got any good cycling routes?

    Would recommend Kilmartins all the way to Super Valu, through Monksland road and back that general direction. A good hours worth of cycling in that and (most) roads safe enough.

    To vary it a bit, use retreat road sometimes past all the schools

    If you really want a challenge, use the old Moate Road and back

    Went a different way. From near the palace, to Aldi ad off out that road. Brought me back in then by Michael Moores
