Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sky HD - Reset / Rebuild??

I have a Pace Sky HD box since 2009 and over the last week it has been acting up like a right pain.

It freezes up regularly and locks up while playing back stuff, and sometimes I can't change channel at all. I have most of the stuff I had still to watch moved onto the DVD-PVR recorder.

I remember with the old Sky+ something similar happened back around 2007 and I was able to essentially wipe the box and reset it, fixing the buggyness in it.

Is there a similar reset available for the Sky+ HD box?

The system reset works exactly the same way as you did it for the old one.Don't forget that you will lose all your recordings.

    Try a planner rebuild - 0,0,1,select,7

I tried the planner rebuild but it made no difference, I am now busy dumping the non-HD stuff onto the PVR and I will have to do a full system reset which will wipe everything to get it back; either that or else I have a faulty box!
