Hey, I hope the mods don't mind this, I think people in here can help the best. I posted this in the Dublin City forum as well, so I'll just copy n paste.
    Hey,

I was just wondering is there anything to do in Dublin for a 20th birthday. It's my birthday coming in a couple of days and all my friends are just sick of going to nightclubs and pubs week in, week out.

I cannot think of anything else at all.

Any ideas on what we can do?

    Thanks!

    Much appreciated

EDIT: I don't mind drinking, just sick of going to pubs and clubs!

Clearly the solution is cans in a field.

Sounds very obvious... but ye could go to dinner? Maybe not a thing guys usually do though...

    Bowling?
    Themed house party?
Road trip? ye could go away for the night and go out in a different town/city? I know you said your sick of nightclubs and pubs...but at least these would be in a different place, change of scenary you know..
Drunken board game party... imagine playing Kenga drunk...

    Karaoke?
    Movie?
    Paintballing/airsofting/laser tag?
A football match if you're into it [ a mate of mine actually got jerseys printed for cheaps and had a 5 a side game then the lads kept the jersey as a memento and went out on the town]
    be tourist-y in dublin,might be a laugh

Cans in a field for a 20th birthday?

    That's a stupid idea, tbh.

I'm fairly sure it was a joke...

BOUNCING CASTLE, it doesn't matter how old you or how sober you are (although drunk bouncing castle is pretty fun too) it's still a hoot.
Other than that it really depends how much people you want to be there.
