Branch structures for the party have improved rapidly since 2009. There is i believe an ever growing branch from newcastle west and surrounding areas. The work done on the ground involved quiz nights church gate collections in these areas were never held before by labour. The party leader has visited twice in the last year and the strong performance by james heffernan in the 2007 election excellent results in 2009 locals has made the constituency a real prospect of a dail seat and significant support for Arthur Spring in limerick west / Kerry north

will you go way you eejit. thats only nonsense, my neice was taught last week by heffernan in mitchelstown and as far as I know he is one of the only cllrs in limk county that claimed nothing. he was looking for conference allocations to be spend in the communities but was knocked back by the ruling parties, an excellent teacher. I hope he will be as good in the Dail. tis young fresh ideas we need
