I expect a Liverpool win here. I think with Dalglish having had a full week with the players since a good performance against Everton that things might be about to take a turn for the better for the reds.

I also think that Gerrard being absent actually helps this team.

    Liverpool's line-up

Reina, Kelly, Johnson, Agger, Skrtel, Maxi, Lucas, Poulsen, Kuyt, Meireles, Torres.

Subs: Gulacsi, Cole, Konchesky, Aurelio, Spearing, Kyrgiakos, Shelvey.

So the Poulsen in for Spearing rumours on other sites were right then.

Is Ngog injured ? Two left backs on the bench and not one striker.

    Opr

I don't think so. There was pics on the site yesterday and he was training in them.

That's an awful bench. Just one really attacking player

Me thinks it's last chance Saloon for Mr Poulsen .

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,910 ✭✭✭✭whatawaster

Clearly dalglish rates him somewhat. The idea that we are using away pl matches as a chance for players to get one last try for Liverpool is silly. He doesn't deserve more chances imo

Sadly I don't. I don't understand the logic in playing him at all.

liverpool won't be winning anything today.

If he rates him or not if Poulsen doesn't put in a very good shift today then it's curtains

Team does not inspire confidence but hopefully they can do the business.

LFC site has updated it to include Pacheco instead of Konchesky. On the money there

    2-0 Wolves.

Really don't know what the deal with Poulsen playing is. Who knows he could prove me wrong, doubt it though.

Just can't see Wolves letting the chance of a double over Liverpool slip, especially at home.

3-0 Liverpool. Poulsen and Meireles to star. Poulsen must be showing a lot on the practice pitch to get picked again. Kenny is nobody's fool.
