    He needs a political diversion.

He's gonna announce at 2 o clock that Ireland is at war with Germany.
Better off choosing France or more like Sarkosy to be accurate!

How many statements has he issued now?
I'm losing count in the last few days - never mind weeks!

I can't wait to hear the arguments in favour of this move at 2. Who knows how Cowen is going to justify this.

This is gonna sink FF at the polls. The planks think this will help them! The line is now this - not good enough for "The Party" but good enough for the country.

What a disgrace that party are - may they banish themselves from our existence.

It's all but confirmed he is stepping down as FF leader but remaining as Taoiseach. That is utterly ridiculius - Cowen himself said as much. The election HAS to be moved forward. There will be uproar if he remains as Taoiseach. The No-confidence motion by Labour is what will bring down this Govt now - FG's description of it being 'ill-timed and ill-judged couldn't be more wrong now. Happy Gilmore will be delighted and will take credit for this.

is the vote of every TD on tuesday going to be available for the public to access, just so we know the name of every f***er who keeps this pathetic excuse for a government going.

No climate change bill now I hope. No more needless tax increases from those greens for us country folk

Will TV3 show it too? I don't really trust RTÉ with the serious stuff after they cut Vincent Browne's grilling of Cowen last year.
