Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Zenith Classic Rock on AM Stereo

    Waterford-based temp station Zenith Classic Rock is unique in many ways, but one of the most interesting items of uniquity is the AM Stereo transmission.

    Its on 1584kHz, with 1kW of power.

    Standard radios will receive the signal in mono of course, but for any enthusiasts who have an AM-Stereo compatible radio, the sound is amazing!

    Here's a link to a webstream which is relaying the AM Stereo off-air:

    A kilowatt eh. How far is getting out Andy ?

    I'll check it out when I am down there. Only pity is I dont have a decent AM Stereo receiver.

    Its a 2.5kW tx, run such that the erp is 1kW.

    Yes its CQUAM. You can hear what it sounds like on the webstream mentioned above.

    Getting out pretty well!
