Has anyone ever lived in/ near Talbot downs , Dublin 15? Looking at a house in this area at the mo and want to find out what area is like and if houses are welL built etc.?

Hi Fiona

Can't comment on the build quality but I did consider houses in there. My concern was the proximity of the M50 - it's a stone's throw away.

Tx for reply declan, house is on the main road so shouldn't be any probs with traffic noise. Is in good location, close to shops, pubs, schools and M3 and M 50 and park. Just hard to know what is worth in this climate!
