    I already know the answer to this one but is there anywhere that can deliver oil today?? Freeeeeezin.. ;)

    Don't think anyone will deliver today, but if you have a car you can go down to the filling station near the docks, rent a drum and fill it there.

    You will have to pay them a deposit for the drum.

    It will be more expensive but will get you out of a bind.
