    Hi all,

I've commenced the work to build a dog run in the yard for our St Bernard :). The run will be approx 20 foot long and 6 foot wide. What is the best way to get the cement in for the job, buy the different mixes and mix myself or buy in ready made from a supplier. Or can you buy ready made mix you just add water??

Any tips and advise would be gratefully appreciated

    Cheers :)

ps anyone who is bored and would like to give a hand - more than welcome , lol

for that amount you could buy sand, stone and cement and mix it yourself or buy bags of concrete mix add cement and mix it or what i would do get some concrete mix loose in a trailer and cement and mix it(probaly the cheapest method or get some from a ready mix plant but for the amount you need would work out very expenseve. put the base in at a 3-4inches

for the area above you would need 1.2mt3 if it is to be 4" deep, make a call to concrete company, better still to firms who specialise in small amounts of readymix deliveries, it will be far less work and will probably be cheaper as well when all things are considered.......
